4. Thursday: Back

5. Friday: Biceps and Triceps
   o Weight and cable exercises for biceps and triceps, including cable pulldowns and barbell presses. Finish with 50 minutes of cardio.
6. Saturday: Cardio and Abs
   o 30 minutes of cardio and maximum number of ab exercises.
