4. Thursday: Biceps and Triceps
   o Barbell curls, bench press, and cable bicep curls. Triceps use cable and Smith machine exercises, as well as single-arm presses.
5. Friday: Back
   o Lat machine, barbell row, single-arm pull-ups, and trapezius. Ends with abs.
6. Saturday: Cardio and Abs
   o 30-minute cardio session, then abs to failure.
